Some people, at some period in time in their life, does having small kids of the age from 0 to 3 years. This kids getting a lot of attention from parents. So that nothing bad happens, nothing going to be brake, nobody would harm nobody and so on.
So the idea is - to create in your house a "special room". This room would be like the room in psyciatric clinic for mentally ill patients. Room where all walls are soft, there is no sharp things, there is no breakable things, and this room could be closed on a lock. In the room could be toys and something else. So, you closing your kids there on lock for 2 hours or so. Goes shopping, lives your own life, etc. And kids are playing there, "destroying" everything there, screaming, and nobody "cares", so to say. Basically this "special room" - would be like your own "kindergarten".
