To make any video to be like "a video from tv", is needed:
1) open the video in adobe premiere
2) create "black screen" layer
3) set the mode of the black screen layer to a "combine with layer"
That way, the initial video will be merged with the "black screen" layer. The video will become darker and "fatter". The video will become like a video from the tv.
