1) Slice the chichen meat or the turkey meat on the pieces.
2) Put enough amount of the salt and pepper on this pieces of meat and mix all this by hands.
3) Put sliced onion on this meat and mix all this by hands.
4) Leave the bowl with the meat and onion to stay for 30 minuts - 1 hour.
5) Put a lot of the sunflower oil on the meat and mix all this by hands.
6) Leave the bowl with the meat, onion and oil for 30 minuts - 1 hour.
7) Fry this meat on the fire, or on the grill, or on the pan.
The important step in the making a shashlik is the step number 5. By putting a lot of oil, the meat after 1 hour of waiting will get so to say a "shell", which will keep the meat from the overheating or burning. Therefore the meat will be prepared tasty and without burning.
