How to sleep tight

To sleep tight (relaxed in other words) - the head needs to be placed into the correct position while lying on the pillow on the sidepiece of the head (where the ear is).

Usually during the day people holding the head like shown on the right image - a sligtly sublimely. This elevation makes the head tired. So, to sleep tight, the head needs to be turned into the counterclockwise position from the "sublimely" using the power of mind. The head must get the position as if eyes are looking from under the eyebrows. This way, the neck will be relaxed, and the sleep will be tight.
