To fry chicken or turkey with the crust, need to do following:
1) Do marinate the chicken with salt and flavoring
2) Add sunflower oil to the marinated chicken
3) Heat the frying pan without oil in it, so that the frying pan stays dry
4) Put the chicken to the hot dry frying pan
5) Mix the product with the spoon, so that the product not burn
